-
Allow 5 weeks to process on-time application
-
Invitations will go out 3 weeks after the application deadline inviting students to 1st Orientation Date (Student will have the option to call and reschedule to the 2nd Date if necessary)
-
Students have 1 week to respond via phone or e-mail. If student does not respond, the date in which they are invited is assumed date of attendance
-
Completed late applications will automatically be invited to 2nd Orientation Date
The Friday Orientations should be held in the late afternoon around 3:00 p.m. This will allow working professionals and others to try to plan their days accordingly. Also, there are less class offerings at this day and time, resulting in fewer class scheduling conflicts.
The Wednesday Orientation should be held in the mornings around 10:00 a.m.
By standardizing orientation dates we will be able to plan all of our schedules in advance and create a more structured environment for students entering Level 2.
