Nate McCaughtry, Ph.D. (Kinesiology), Director: Wayne State University Center for School Health, Associate Professor, Division of Kinesiology, Health and Sport Studies.

Interests: Physical education (PE) methods and teaching strategies in urban schools, evaluation of PE and physical activity programs and promotions, development and delivery of culturally-competent health programs, program leadership and administration, qualitative research methods, teacher professional development and grant writing.

 

Annie Murphy, Ph.D., RD (Nutrition Education), Associate Director: Wayne State University Center for School Health and Assistant Professor, Research/Grant Writing, College of Education. 

Interests: Nutrition education program planning, implementation and evaluation; curriculum development and testing; development and validation of evaluation instruments for children, grant writing and project reporting.
