How to Participate in JSHS
Early in the fall students interested in participating in the symposium may download all the application materials from this website. Application materials are also mailed to public and private high schools in Southeastern Michigan.
**All Application forms may be submitted by e-mail, fax, OR as a hardcopy directly sent by U.S. Mail
Teachers nominate students to participate in the symposium. Teachers should nominate students who have demonstrated an interest in and an aptitude for scientific studies. Students may be nominated as a paper presenter or participant only. However, students who participate in other scientific competitions such as Science Fair and Robotics are strongly encouraged to submit a research paper for presentation at the symposium.
