High Five Literacy Program

Looking for Help in Reading and Writing for your Children?

The High Five Literacy Program at Wayne State University has openings in its literacy program, which is open to students in first through eighth grade. The program will provide free tutoring in reading and writing skills on Wednesdays from October 2016 through April 2017. Tutors are graduate students completing a master’s program in reading under the supervision of faculty in the Reading, Language, and Literature program.

  • Dates: October 2016 through April 2017
  • Time: 5:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Applications are now available

Sessions are held on the main campus of Wayne State University in Room 30 on the lower level of the College of Education Building. Upon acceptance to the program, applicants will be contacted with the start date of the program.
