Degree Outcomes
There is no single set educational standards for this certificate. For those students whose goal is attainment of the K-12 Reading Specialist Endorsement, the Michigan Department of Education standards for the K-12 Reading Specialist Endorsement (BR) and the International Reading Association Standards for Reading Professionals apply. For those whose goal is to enter the Ed. D in RLL program, the IRA Standards for Reading Professionals and the NCTE Standards for the English Language Arts used.
