Student Teaching/Practicum/Internship
Students in all programs will complete one semester of pre-student teaching and one semester of student teaching. Please note: Early Childhood and Special Education students will have an additional field experience. The policy of the College of Education is to provide field experiences in both an urban and a suburban setting.

Prior to student teaching, Elementary Education students must pass the MTTC Elementary Education Test #83. It is strongly suggested that students pass the MTTC major/minor test prior to student teaching. Study guides are available at the MTTC website [www.mttc.nesinc.com].
