Education Specialist
The Education Specialist Certificate requires 30 credits beyond the Master's Degree with a major in Curriculum & Instruction (C&I) and a concentration in Early Childhood Education. It is designed to strengthen the educational backgrounds of teachers, administrators and other professionals in the field of Early Childhood Education and to increase their effectiveness. Requirements for the Education Specialist Certificate depend upon the individual student’s professional needs and interests. The student and the advisor work together to develop the plan of work for this program.
