Certification:  American Council on Exercise (ACE), Group Fitness Instructor certification since 1991.

Responsibilities

Judith Anderson retired from the Kinesiology, Health and Sport Studies program at W.S.U. in June, 2016, after 27 years as a Lecturer.  She now serves as adjunct faculty with the Lifestyle Fitness Activities (LFA) program.  Her primary responsibilities are with the Weight Training and Fitness classes (LFA 1640).  Judith also shares responsibility for maintenance and care of LFA equipment and storage units.

Courses taught

Taught a variety of LFA fitness courses at W.S.U. since 1980.  Currenty teaching LFA 1640 - Weight Training and Fitness (2 Cr.)
