Education Technology Center
The Education Technology Center (ETC) provides both technical support and classroom technology integration support for faculty, students and staff for the entire College of Education. With four computer classrooms and one general purpose computer lab in the Education building, faculty and students have access to the latest hardware and software tools to support teaching and learning. Faculty have a variety of technologies available for use in the classroom: mobile instructor stations including a Mac/Windows laptop, projector, DVD/VCR player, and speakers; multiple laptop carts that hold 16 wireless laptops for student use; SmartBoards; document cameras; video cameras; iPods with microphones; and audience response systems. The Education building has wireless networking throughout all classrooms and student areas. ETC also provides professional development opportunities through faculty and student workshops.
